Sarasota Scramble is a fun little tournament, typically in September or October, wherein participants pair up with a series of randomly selected partners to play doubles. Each person plays 3 games with 3 different, randomly selected, partners. Games end when either pair gets 4 points. Scores are recorded after each game. All persons who scored three 4’s will then participate in a playoff.
It’s a great way to mix and mingle with members you may not often get to play with or against. You’ll enjoy lots of play and plenty of refreshments, so come on out to celebrate another season of golf croquet!
This year’s Sarasota Scramble, is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, September 21, Noon – 3 pm.
